delle Suite en Mosaïque che illustrano a tutto tondo l’ambiente musicale che circondava Forqueray in cui la sua densità musicale e il virtuosismo tecnico acquistano ancor più rilievo con l’accostamento all’intimità ed eleganza di De Vizee e dei Couperin.

André Lislevand nasce a Verona nel 1993. Figlio d’arte, per tutta l’infanzia la musica antica assume una posizione particolarmente significativa per la sua cultura musicale. Dall’età di undici anni inizia lo studio della viola da gamba, sotto la guida del M° Alberto Rasi al Conservatorio di Verona dove, nel 2012 consegue il Diploma con la votazione di 10 e lode e menzione speciale.
Contemporaneamente inizia a studiare con il M° Paolo Pandolfo alla Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, dove nel 2014 ottiene il Bachelor of Music and Arts.
Già all’età di 16 anni inizia a collaborare con gruppi di grande esperienza sia nell’ambito della musica popolare che della musica antica, esibendosi in Festival e venues di tutta Europa. Tra i più significativi ricordiamo Ensemble Kapsberger, La Cetra Barockorchester, Det Norske Solistkor, Orchestra Barocca di Villa Contarini, Orchestra Barocca di Verona, Trondheim Barokk, sotto la direzione di personalità artistiche quali Roy Goodman, Sigiswald Kuijken, Arve Tellefsen, Andrea Marcon, Jorg-Andreas Botticher, Lorenz Duftschmid, Marco Ambrosini, Atle Sponberg, Gjermund Larsen, Rolf Lislevand, Alfredo Bernardini, Grete Pedersen, Alberto Rasi, Alessandro Quarta.
Ha recentemente suonato al Kammermusikfestival di Oslo, sotto la direzione del mitico violinista norvegese Arve Tellefsen.
Ha frequentato masterclass con importanti violisti quali Jordi Savall, Philippe Pierlot, Lorenz Duftschmid e Guido Balestracci.
Dal 2010 è membro stabile dell‘Ensemble Kapsberger, l’innovativo gruppo che dagli anni novanta propone il repertorio per liuto del Seicento in una veste moderna e improvvisativa.
Oltre all’attività di solista, ha un duo con il liutista Jadran Duncumb e con la clavicembalista Paola Erdas.
A latere del repertorio classico André ha intrapreso un nuovo progetto musicale con l’ensemble Hanané che propone musica tradizionale dell’est Europa, una musica “nomade” rivista e arrangiata in collaborazione con la cantante Marie Pornon.

Jadran Duncumb è un liutista e chitarrista anglo/croato/norvegese.
E’ stato il primo chitarrista in venti anni ad essere ammesso al Barratt-Due Music Institute di Oslo dove ha passato sette anni a studiare sotto la guida di Vegard Lund. Nel 2008 è stato finalista al BBC Young Musician of the Year e all’equivalente norvegeste NRK’, Il che gli ha dato l’opportunità di esibirsi in tutta Europa sia come solista che in orchestre quali Norwegian State Radio Orchestra, London Mozart Players e BBC National Orchestra of Wales come anche una registrazione fatta dalla BBC Radio in occasione del suo recital recital alla Wigmore Hall.
Jadran inizia a esplorare il mondo della musica antica durante i suoi anni di studio al Royal College of Music di Londra sotto la guida di Jakob Lindberg e ha una intensa attività di continuista con molti importanti gruppi quali: English Baroque Soloists at the BBC Proms, Ensemble Diderot (Francia), I Fagiolini (UK), La Cetra (Svizzera) and Barokkanerne (Norvegia).
Jadran si esibisce in formazioni da camera con importanti musicisti quali Rolf Lislevand, Mario Brunello e Giuliano Carmignola e Maurice Steger.
Il suo duo “Repicco” con la violinista Kinga Ujszàszi è stato selezionato al “EEEmerging Artists Programme” del festival di Ambronay e ha vinto il premio del pubblico con il programma “Assassini, Assassinati” guadagnando la possibilità di esibirsi in festival di tutta Europa e fare da “mentori” alla Ambronay Baroque Academy del 2017.
Col violinista Johannes Pramsohler si esibisce regolarmente con un progetto sulla musica di Bach e Weiss di cui uscirà prossimamente una registrazione discografica. Con l’Ensemble Diderot ha registrato nel 2015 la prima edizione in tempi moderni dei concerti di Montanari per la Audax Records.
Altre collaborazioni stabili sono col violista da gamba André Lislevand, col cembalista e baritono Iason Marmaras, La violinista Maria Ines Zanovello, il soprano Elizabeth Dobbin e il suo gruppo “Le Jardin Secret” con il quale nel 2016 è uscita un CD di Airs de Court di Bousset.
Alla fine del 2017 uscirà il suo primo CD solistico sulle sonate per liuto barocco di Weiss e Hasse per la Audax Records.
Nel 2015 ha vinto il primo premio al concorso liutistico internazionale “Maurizio Pratola” (presidente della giuria Paul O’Dette) e nello stesso anno ottiene la Laurea Magistrale con Menzione Speciale alla Musichochschule di Trossingen, Germania, dove ha studiato con Rolf Lislevand.
Quando Jadran non sta studiando, accordando o facendo concerti con strumenti a pizzico, si diletta a suonare la viola da gamba con vari livelli di successo e giocare a calcio, con nessun successo*.

André Lislevand was born in 1993 In Verona, Italy. Following the family tradition (his parents are luth players) starts really early to interest in early music. Therefore, he will approach to the viola da gamba at the age of 11 with Alberto Rasi at the Conservatory of Verona where hi graduates in 2011 with full marks cum Laude.
At the same time he starts to study with Paolo Pandolfo at Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, where in 2014 obtein the Bachelor of Music and Arts.
At the age of 16 he already starts performing with the greatest musical personalities from southern Europe to the northern Scandinavia, among others Roy Goodman, Arve Tellefsen, Sigiswald Kuijken, Rolf Lislevand, Andrea Marcon, Alfredo Bernardini, Grete Pedersen, Marco Ambrosini, Atle Sponberg, Gjermund Larsen, performing with Ensemble Kapsberger, La Cetra Barockorchester, The Norwegian Soloist Choir, Trondheim Barokk, Verona Baroque Orchestra, Villa Contarini Baroque Orchestra and others.
He has recently played at the Oslo Chamber Music Festival, conducted by the world famous norwegian violin player Arve Tellefsen.
He has participated in Masterclasses of the best European gamba players, such as Paolo Pandolfo, Jordi Savall, Philippe Pierlot, Guido Balestracci and Lorenz Duftschmid.
From 2010 is member of Ensemble Kapsberger, the innovative ensemble directed by Rolf Lislevand, that from the nineties propose a new vision of the early Baroque repertoire.
A part his continuo player carreer, Andrè plays regurarly in duo with the harpsichordist Paola Erdas and the lutenist Jadran Duncumb.
Andrè is also interested in others musical kinds: with his ensemble Hanané propose eastern music repertoire, a “nomadic” music re-arranged and revisited in collaboration with the singer Marie Pornon.

Jadran Duncumb is an English/Croatian/Norwegian guitarist and lutenist. He was the first guitarist in twenty years to be accepted into the Barratt-Due Music Institute in Oslo, where he spent seven years learning the guitar under Vegard Lund. In 2008, he was a finalist on the guitar of the BBC Young Musician of the Year and NRK’s Norwegian equivalent, and the success in these competitions gave Jadran the oportunity to give recitals all over Europe, appear as a soloist with orchestras including the Norwegian State Radio Orchestra, London Mozart Players and BBC National Orchestra of Wales as well as have a BBC Radio-recorded recital at Wigmore Hall.
Jadran began to explore baroque music during his studies at the Royal College of Music (where he studied lute under Jakob Lindberg) in London and has since been very active as a lute-continuo player performing with many leading European ensembles including the English Baroque Soloists at the BBC Proms, Ensemble Diderot (France), I Fagiolini (UK), La Cetra (Switzerland)  and Barokkanerne (Norway). He has also given chamber concerts with other internationally renowned musicians such as Rolf Lislevand, Mario Brunello and Giuliano Carmignola – playing with the latter two as part of a trio at the festival ‘Suoni delle Dolomiti’ in 2016, and Maurice Steger as a soloist with the BSO in Ankara, Turkey.
His duo, with the violinist Kinga Ujszàszi, “Repicco”, was selected in the Ambronay Festival  “EEEmerging Artists Programme” giving concerts and and classes in Romania, Latvia, Italy and at the Ambronay Festival where they were awarded the audience prize for their Assassini, Assassinati programme. They have subsequently been invited to give several concerts throughout Europe in the coming concert seasons, and to serve as mentors in the 2017 Ambronay Baroque Academy, and returned to Ambronay in 2016 for a full concert.
He also frequently concertises with violinist Johannes Pramsohler, touring with programmes of music for baroque lute and violin by Bach and Weiss and their contemporaries. With Ensemble Diderot – Johannes’ ensemble – they recently made the first recording of Antonio Montanari’s violin concertos for Audax Records(available in June 2015), while a CD of duos and solos by J. S. Bach and Sylvius Weiss will come out in 2017.
Other regular collaborators include the viola da gamba player André Lislevand, harpsichordist and baritone Iason Marmaras, violinist Maria Ines Zanovello, and the soprano Elizabeth Dobbin and her group “Le Jardin Secret” with whom a CD of 17th century ‘airs de cour’ by de Bousset  came out in July 2016.
His debut solo CD will come out in late 2017 with baroque-lute sonatas from Dresden by Weiss and Hasse on Audax Records.
In 2015, he was awarded the 1st prize at the international “Maurizio Pratola” lute competition in L’Aquila, Italy (Paul O’Dette, jury foreman), as well as receiving a distinction for his Master Degree recital at the Musichochschule in Trossingen, Germany where he studied under Rolf Lislevand.
When Jadran is not practising, tuning and performing on plucked instruments, he likes to play the viola da gamba with varying degrees of success, and football, with no success at all*.
